Who delivers your order

Nothing on this site sits on a shelf. Every item is printed and made to order by our fulfillment partner, Printful, after you place your order. Printful ships it to you from whichever of its facilities is closest to your address — in the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, or Japan. Nila Clothing does not ship orders itself.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide, wherever our fulfillment partner delivers. A small number of remote territories, select U.S. territories, and military addresses cannot be served, and a few individual products have their own destination limits.

How long it takes

Production typically takes 2–5 business days. After that, delivery time depends on where you live:

- United States and Canada: standard delivery about 3–4 business days; express 1–3 business days where offered.

- International: standard delivery about 5–20 business days after fulfillment; express 1–3 business days where offered.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order, and international shipping costs more than domestic shipping.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it.

Customs and duties

For orders outside Canada and the United States, any customs duties or import taxes charged on delivery are the customer's responsibility. These are set by your own country, not by us, and are not included in the shipping cost shown at checkout.

Delays

Holidays, weather, and carrier delays can occasionally slow things down. If your order seems stuck, contact us through the Contact page and we will look into it.
