At Nila Clothing, we make wearable art that tells your story — and we respect the story behind your personal information too. This policy explains what we collect when you visit or buy from nilaclothing.com, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (if you provide one), and what you ordered.
- When you browse: Squarespace, the platform our website runs on, collects standard website data such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate location, and uses cookies to keep the site working.
Payments
Payments are processed by Squarespace Payments. Your card details go directly to the payment processor — we never see or store your card number.
Fulfilling your order
Every Nila piece is printed and shipped on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful. To make and deliver your order, we share only what is needed for that: your name, shipping address, email, and the items ordered. Printful does not use your information for anything else.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We only send marketing emails if you sign up for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information by contacting us below. We will respond as quickly as we can.
